Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will hold the order until it can be fulfilled and notify you if there are any delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us after 2 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.
If the parcel is confirmed lost after investigation, a replacement order will be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
